[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If a fasting person vomits unintentionally, there is no need for them to make up the fast. But if they induce vomiting, they must make up the fast." 'Isa said, "The people of Basra claim that Hisham made a mistake regarding this issue, and the point of disagreement is here."  

الدارمي:١٧٧٠أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِذَا ذَرَعَ الصَّائِمَ الْقَيْءُ وَهُوَ لَا يُرِيدُهُ فَلَا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ وَإِذَا اسْتَقَاءَ فَعَلَيْهِ الْقَضَاءُ» قَالَ عِيسَى «زَعَمَ أَهْلُ الْبَصْرَةِ أَنَّ هِشَامًا أَوْهَمَ فِيهِ فَمَوْضِعُ الْخِلَافِ هَا هُنَا»
