[Machine] I was with the Prophet ﷺ and Al-Hasan ibn Ali was with him. He took a date from the charity dates, so the Prophet ﷺ took it from him and said, "Don't you know that charity is not permissible for us?"

الدارمي:١٦٨٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ عِيسَى عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ أَبِي لَيْلَى قَالَ

كُنْتُ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَعِنْدَهُ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ فَأَخَذَ تَمْرَةً مِنْ تَمْرِ الصَّدَقَةِ فَانْتَزَعَهَا مِنْهُ وَقَالَ «أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّهُ لَا تَحِلُّ لَنَا الصَّدَقَةُ»

[Machine] "The Prophet ﷺ saw Hasan ibn Ali taking a date from the charity (sadaqah) and putting it in his mouth. The Prophet ﷺ said, 'Spit it out, spit it out! Charity is not permissible for us.'"
