The time taken by the Prophet ﷺ in prostrations, bowing, and the sitting interval between the two prostrations was about the same.

كَانَ سُجُودُ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَرُكُوعُهُ وَقُعُودُهُ بَيْنَ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ قَرِيبًا مِنَ السَّوَاءِ

The prostration observed by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, his bowing, and his sitting between the two prostrations were nearly equal.  

أبو داود:٨٥٢ – حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ سُجُودُهُ وَرُكُوعُهُ وَقُعُودُهُ وَمَا بَيْنَ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ قَرِيبًا مِنَ السَّوَاءِ

[Machine] The prostration, bowing, and sitting of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ between the two prostrations were close to the ground.  

البيهقي:٢٧٥٤ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْمُقْرِئُ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ بِهَا أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ ثنا مِسْعَرٌ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ قَالَ
