البيهقي:٩٨٠١ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ قَالَا أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ ثنا عَبِيدَةُ ثنا الْعَلَاءُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَصَابَ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ فَقَالَ

يَنْحَرَانِ جَزُورًا بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِمَا الْحَجُّ مِنْ قَابِلٍ
