[Machine] I looked at the Prophet ﷺ while I was in a room between Safa and Marwa, and he said, "O people, Allah has ordained upon you the Sa'y, so perform it." Mahran ibn Abi 'Umar narrated from Thawri.  

البيهقي:٩٣٦٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ أَبُو الشَّيْخِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ مَنْدَهٍ ثنا يُوسُفُ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا مِهْرَانُ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الْمُثَنَّى بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ عَنْ تَمْلِكَ قَالَتْ

نَظَرْتُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَأَنَا فِي غُرْفَةٍ لِي بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إنَّ اللهَ كَتَبَ عَلَيْكُمُ السَّعْيَ فَاسْعَوْا تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ مِهْرَانُ بْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
