[Machine] He then climbed on the elevated place of Safa and called out. So I said, "I have been forbidden from proclaiming the talbiyah (the pilgrimage chant)." He said, "But I am commanding you to do it." The talbiyah was a response to the call of Ibrahim ﷺ .  

البيهقي:٩٠٢٥وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ أنبأ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ مَطَرٍ ثنا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ أنبأ سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ

أَنَّهُ قَامَ عَلَى الشِّقِّ الَّذِي عَلَى الصَّفَا فَلَبَّى فَقُلْتُ إِنِّي نُهِيتُ عَنِ التَّلْبِيَةِ فَقَالَ وَلَكِنِّي آمُرُكَ بِهَا كَانَتِ التَّلْبِيَةُ اسْتِجَابَةً اسْتَجَابَهَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ
