[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ allowed the fasting person and the one who performs cupping to turn their faces away from the Qibla. Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "All of them are trustworthy, except for the one who is not in the state of Ihram." The Sheikh said, "And it has been narrated from another face, from Abu al-Mutawakkil, in a raised manner."  

البيهقي:٨٢٦٨وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الدَّقَّاقُ وَأَبُو عُبَيْدِ بْنُ الْمَحَامِلِيِّ قَالَا ثنا يَعْقُوبُ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ ثنا الْمُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْمُتَوَكِّلِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ

رَخَّصَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الْقُبْلَةِ لِلصَّائِمِ وَالْحِجَامَةِ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ كُلُّهُمْ ثِقَاتٌ وَغَيْرُ مُعْتَمِرٍ يَرْوِيهِ مَوْقُوفًا قَالَ الشَّيْخُ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنْ أَبِي الْمُتَوَكِّلِ مَرْفُوعًا
