[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When the night falls, the day retreats, and the sun sets, the fasting person has broken their fast."  

البيهقي:٨١٢٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَدِيبُ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ أنبأ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمَدِينِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا أَقْبَلَ اللَّيْلُ وَأَدْبَرَ النَّهَارُ وَغَرَبَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَقَدْ أَفْطَرَ الصَّائِمُ  

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنِ الْحُمَيْدِيِّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ وَأَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ مِنْ أَوْجُهٍ عَنْ هِشَامٍ

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When night falls from this side and the day vanishes from this side and the sun sets, then the fasting person should break his fast."

ʿWhen night comes and day departs and the sun sets, the fasting person may break his fast.”
