[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Partake in the pre-dawn meal (suhur), for there is blessing in it. This is a tradition of Adam and, according to the narration of Yahya, Anas bin Malik reported it."  

البيهقي:٨١١٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ وَأَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ قَالَا أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ثنا آدَمُ ثنا شُعْبَةُ ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ صُهَيْبٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ تَسَحَّرُوا؛ فَإِنَّ فِي السَّحُورِ بَرَكَةً لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ آدَمَ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ يَحْيَى قَالَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ
