[Machine] I saw Ibn Umar commanding a man to break his fast on the day in which there was doubt.

البيهقي:٧٩٥٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ فِنْجَوَيْهِ الدَّيْنَوَرِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَاجَةَ الْقَزْوِينِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْدَهْ ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ ثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ لَوْ صُمْتُ السَّنَةَ كُلَّهَا لَأَفْطَرْتُ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ الَّذِي يُشَكُّ فِيهِ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ وَرَوَاهُ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ

رَأَيْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَأْمُرُ رَجُلًا يُفْطِرُ فِي الْيَوْمِ الَّذِي يُشَكُّ فِيهِ
