[Machine] We used to count the Ma'oon (a type of food) during the time of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ nakedly, with only a bucket and a pot. 7790 was the count. And that is how it was.  

البيهقي:٧٧٨٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ أَبِي النَّجُودِ عَنْ شَقِيقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ

كُنَّا نَعُدُّ الْمَاعُونَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ عَارِيَةَ الدَّلْوِ وَالْقِدْرِ 7790 وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ شَيْبَانُ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَقُلْ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَزَادَ الْفَأْسَ وَمَا تَتَعَاطُونَ بَيْنَكُمْ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ثنا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ ثنا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ أَبِي عَاصِمِ بْنِ أَبِي النَّجُودِ ثنا أَبُو وَائِلٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ فَذَكَرَهُ
