bayhaqi:7611 – Yaḥyá > Mindal And Ḥafṣ b. Ghiyāth And ʿAbd al-Raḥīm b. Sulaymān > Layth > Ṭāwus

[Machine] "There is no obligation of Zakat on a man's wealth if he has debts that exceed his wealth." 7612 He said, and Yahya narrated to us, on the authority of Ibn Al-Mubarak, from Hisham, from Al-Hasan, the like of it.

البيهقي:٧٦١١ – وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ ثنا يَحْيَى ثنا مِنْدَلٌ وَحَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ قَالَ

لَيْسَ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ زَكَاةٌ فِي مَالِهِ إِذَا كَانَ عَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ يُحِيطُ بِمَالِهِ 7612 قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ثنا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ مِثْلَهُ
