[Machine] "There is no obligation of Zakat on a man's wealth if he has debts that exceed his wealth." 7612 He said, and Yahya narrated to us, on the authority of Ibn Al-Mubarak, from Hisham, from Al-Hasan, the like of it.  

البيهقي:٧٦١١وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ ثنا يَحْيَى ثنا مِنْدَلٌ وَحَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ قَالَ
