البيهقي:٦٩٥٦ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عُمَرَ الْمُقْرِئُ بْنِ الْحَمَامِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ثنا شُعْبَةَ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ خَلْفَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَلَى جِنَازَةٍ فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقْرَأُ بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفَ سَأَلْتُهُ فَقَالَ سُنَةٌ وَحَقٌّ وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ

سُنَّةٌ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ حَقٌّ

أَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ غُنْدَرٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ مُدْرَجًا فِي الْحَدِيثِ الْأَوَّلِ وَرُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
