bayhaqi:6807Abū ʿAbdullāh al-Ḥāfiẓ > Abū al-ʿAbbās Muḥammad b. Yaʿqūb > Aḥmad b. ʿAbd al-Jabbār > Yūnus b. Bukayr > Muḥammad b. Isḥāq > a man from Aṣḥābī > Miqsam And Qad Adrakah > Ibn ʿAbbās > Ṣallá Rasūl Allāh Ṣallá Allāh ʿAlayh

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed for Hamzah and recited seven takbeerat over him, and he did not pray for any slain person except alongside him until he prayed for him seventy-two prayers. This narration is weak, and Muhammad ibn Ishaq ibn Yasir, if he does not mention the name of the one who narrated from him, he is not pleased with it. Al-Hasan ibn 'Umarah narrated it from Al-Hakam, who narrated it from Muqsim, who narrated it from Ibn Abbas, that the Prophet ﷺ prayed for the martyrs of Uhud. And Al-Hasan ibn 'Umarah is weak, his narration cannot be relied upon.
