bayhaqi:5897 – Abū al-Ḥasan ʿAlī b. Muḥammad al-Muqriʾ > al-Ḥasan b. Muḥammad b. Isḥāq > Yūsuf b. Yaʿqūb al-Qāḍī > Muḥammad b. Abū Bakr > ʿAbd al-Aʿlá b. ʿAbd al-Aʿlá > Maʿmar > al-Zuhrī > Sālim from his father

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "A man should not stand up to greet another man in his gathering and then sit in his place." Salim reported that whenever someone stood up from his place in a gathering, Ibn Umar would not sit in it.

البيهقي:٥٨٩٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى ثنا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يُقِيمُ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ فِيهِ قَالَ سَالِمٌ وَكَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ إِذَا قَامَ لَهُ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ لَمْ يَقْعُدْ فِيهِ

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى وَكَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا كَانُوا ثَلَاثَةً فَلَا يَتَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ دُونَ الثَّالِثِ وَلَا يُقِيمُ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ فِيهِ

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي كَامِلٍ وَأَبِي الرَّبِيعِ وَبِهَذَا الْمَعْنَى رَوَاهُ مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ وَاللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ وَالضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ لَا يُقِيمَنَّ أَوْ لَا يُقِيمْ وَكَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ
