[Machine] I heard Anas say, "We went out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and we only shortened our prayers until we reached Makkah. We stayed there for ten nights, and he continued to shorten his prayers until he returned."  

البيهقي:٥٤٥٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا بِهِ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ جَنَاحُ بْنُ نُذَيْرِ بْنِ جَنَاحٍ الْقَاضِي بِالْكُوفَةِ ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ دُحَيْمٍ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْحُنَيْنِ الْقَزَّازُ أنبأ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا يَقُولُ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ نَقْصُرُ حَتَّى أَتَى مَكَّةَ فَأَقَمْنَا بِهَا عَشْرًا فَلَمْ يَزَلْ يَقْصُرُ حَتَّى رَجَعَ  

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي نُعَيْمٍ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ دُكَيْنٍ وَأَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
