[Machine] About the Prophet ﷺ regarding the skin of a dead animal, he said: "Indeed, its tanning has removed its impurities or filth or contamination." This is a Sahih (authentic) chain of narration. I asked Ahmad ibn Ali al-Asbahani about my brother Salim. He said, his name is Abdullah ibn Abi al-Jad.  

البيهقي:٥٠ – كَمَا أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ الْخَالِقِ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْخَالِقِ الْمُؤَذِّنُ أنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ رَوْحٍ الْمَدَائِنِيُّ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أنا مِسْعَرُ بْنُ كِدَامٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ عَنْ أَخِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي جِلْدِ الْمَيْتَةِ قَالَ إِنَّ دِبَاغَهُ قَدْ ذَهَبَ بِخَبَثِهِ أَوْ رِجْسِهِ أَوْ نَجَسِهِ وَهَذَا إِسْنَادٌ صَحِيحٌ وَسَأَلْتُ أَحْمَدَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ الْأَصْبَهَانِيَّ عَنْ أَخِي سَالِمٍ هَذَا فَقَالَ اسْمُهُ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ
