[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray his night prayer while I was turning in bed between him and the Qibla. When he wanted to perform the Witr prayer, he would touch me with his foot. He used to pray two units of prayer, and if I was awake, he would speak to me, otherwise he would lie down until he would rise for the prayer. Abu Bakr Al-Humaidi said: Sufyan doubted the narration of Abu Al-Nadr and was confused about it, and perhaps he doubted the narration of Ziyad and said, "It has confused me." Then he said more than once: "The narration of Abu Al-Nadr is like this, the narration of Ziyad is like this, and the narration of Muhammad ibn Amr is like this, as I have mentioned." All of that.  

البيهقي:٤٨٩٣وَأَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي صَلَاتَهُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ وَأَنَا مُعْتَرِضَةٌ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْقِبْلَةَ فَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُوتِرَ حَرَّكَنِي بِرِجْلِهِ وَكَانَ يُصَلِّي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ فَإِنْ كُنْتُ مُسْتَيْقِظَةً حَدَّثَنِي وَإِلَّا اضْطَجَعَ حَتَّى يَقُومَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ قَالَ وَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحُمَيْدِيُّ كَانَ سُفْيَانُ يَشُكُّ فِي حَدِيثِ أَبِي النَّضْرِ وَيَضْطَرِبُ فِيهِ وَرُبَّمَا يَشُكُّ فِي حَدِيثِ زِيَادٍ وَيَقُولُ تَخَلَّطَ عَلَيَّ ثُمَّ قَالَ غَيْرَ مَرَّةٍ حَدِيثُ أَبِي النَّضْرِ كَذَا وَحَدِيثُ زِيَادٍ كَذَا وَحَدِيثُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو كَذَا عَلَى مَا ذَكَرْتُ كُلَّ ذَلِكَ
