[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no prayer after Fajr until the sun rises, and no prayer after Asr until the sun sets. Whoever performs Tawaf should pray at any time he performs Tawaf." Abu Ahmad said, "This was narrated from Ata' and he added in its text, 'Whoever performs Tawaf should pray at any time.'" He said, "And this is narrated from Ata' and others in a way that is not continuous." The Shaykh mentioned it and Al-Bukhari mentioned it in his Tarikh and he said, "It is not continuous."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا صَلَاةَ بَعْدَ الْفَجْرِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ وَلَا بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ مَنْ طَافَ فَلْيُصَلِّ أَيَّ حِينٍ طَافَ قَالَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ وَهَذَا يَرْوِيهِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ سَعِيدٌ وَزَادَ فِي مَتْنِهِ مَنْ طَافَ فَلْيُصَلِّ أَيَّ حِينٍ قَالَ وَهُوَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ وَغَيْرِهِ بِمَا لَا يُتَابَعُ عَلَيْهِ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ وَذَكَرَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي التَّارِيخِ وَقَالَ لَا يُتَابَعُ عَلَيْهِ
