[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O sons of Abd Manaf, whoever among you is entrusted with any of the affairs of the people, do not prevent anyone from performing tawaf around this house (the Kaaba), praying at any hour, day or night. Ibn Uyaynah established its chain, and whoever contradicts him in its chain, do not oppose him. The narration of Ibn Uyaynah is more likely to be preserved, and Allah knows best. It has been narrated from different sources through Nafi' ibn Jubayr ibn Mut'im from his father, from the Prophet ﷺ , and through Ata' from the Prophet ﷺ as a mursal narration. If the intended prayer mentioned with the tawaf are the two rak'ahs of tawaf, then the meaning of their permissibility is that they are a prayer with a specific reason. Thus, it returns to the first position regarding the exclusivity. But if the intended prayer is the rest of the voluntary prayers, then the exclusivity returns to the location and the first position resembles the two of them in terms of their effects. And a disconnected report has been narrated regarding the strengthening of the second opinion, it is to be examined and Allah knows best."  

البيهقي:٤٤١٣وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَغَيْرُهُمَا قَالُوا أنبأ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بَابَاهْ عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ يَا بَنِي عَبْدِ مَنَافٍ مَنْ وَلِيَ مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَمْرِ النَّاسِ شَيْئًا فَلَا تَمْنَعُوا أَحَدًا طَافَ بِهَذَا الْبَيْتِ صَلَّى أَيَّ سَاعَةٍ شَاءَ مِنْ لَيْلٍ أَوْ نَهَارٍ أَقَامَ ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ إِسْنَادَهُ وَمَنْ خَالَفَهُ فِي إِسْنَادِهِ لَا يُقَاوِمُهُ فَرِوَايَةُ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ أَوْلَى أَنْ تَكُونَ مَحْفُوظَةً وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ أَوْجُهٍ عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَعَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مُرْسَلًا فَإِنْ كَانَ الْمُرَادُ بِالصَّلَاةِ الْمَذْكُورَةِ مَعَ الطَّوَافِ رَكْعَتَا الطَّوَافِ كَانَ الْمَعْنَى مِنْ جَوَازِهِمَا أَنَّهَا صَلَاةٌ لَهَا سَبَبٌ فَرَجَعَ إِلَى الْبَابِ الْأَوَّلِ فِي التَّخْصِيصِ وَإِنْ كَانَ الْمُرَادُ بِهَا سَائِرُ النَّوَافِلِ عَادَ التَّخْصِيصُ إِلَى الْمَكَانِ وَالْأَوَّلُ أَشْبَهُهُمَا بِالْآثَارِ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ فِي تَقْوِيَةِ الْوَجْهِ الثَّانِي خَبَرٌ مُنْقَطِعٌ فِي ثُبُوتِهِ نَظَرٌ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
