[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "When the prayer time comes and you are in the pastures with your sheep, then pray in them, for indeed they are tranquility and blessings. And when the prayer time comes and you are in the camels' grazing area, then move away from them and pray, for indeed they belong to a kind of jinn that was created. Don't you see how they move their necks when they are driven away? Ash-Shafi'i, may Allah have mercy on him, mentioned in the narration of Abu Sa'id, and in the saying of the Prophet ﷺ , 'Do not pray in the camels' grazing area, for they belong to a kind of jinn that was created.' This is evidence that he prohibited it, as he said when he woke up from sleep and missed the prayer, 'Take us out of this valley, for indeed there is a devil in it and he hates that we pray near a devil.' He also hates that they pray near the camels, because they were created from jinn, not because they are impure in their designated place. And he said about sheep, 'They are from the animals of Paradise.' As for the hadith about sleeping and missing the prayer, it has already been covered, and as for his hadith about sheep..."  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا أَدْرَكَتْكُمُ الصَّلَاةُ وَأَنْتُمْ فِي مُرَاحِ الْغَنَمِ فَصَلُّوا فِيهَا فَإِنَّهَا سَكِينَةٌ وَبَرَكَةٌ وَإِذَا أَدْرَكَتْكُمُ الصَّلَاةُ وَأَنْتُمْ فِي أَعْطَانِ الْإِبِلِ فَاخْرُجُوا مِنْهَا فَصَلُّوا فَإِنَّهَا جِنٌّ مِنْ جِنٍّ خُلِقَتْ أَلَا تَرَى أَنَّهَا إِذَا نَفَرَتْ كَيْفَ تَشْمَخُ بِأَنْفِهَا؟ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ فِي رِوَايَةِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَفِي قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ لَا تُصَلُّوا فِي أَعْطَانِ الْإِبِلِ؛ فَإِنَّهَا جِنٌّ مِنْ جِنٍّ خُلِقَتْ دَلِيلٌ عَلَى أَنَّهُ إِنَّمَا نَهَى عَنْهَا كَمَا قَالَ حِينَ نَامَ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ اخْرُجُوا بِنَا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَادِي؛ فَإِنَّهُ وَادٍ بِهِ شَيْطَانٌ فَكَرِهَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ قُرْبَ شَيْطَانٍ وَكَذَا كَرِهَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ قُرْبَ الْإِبِلِ؛ لِأَنَّهَا خُلِقَتْ مِنْ جِنٍّ لَا لِنَجَاسَةِ مَوْضِعِهَا وَقَالَ فِي الْغَنَمِ هِيَ مِنْ دَوَابِّ الْجَنَّةِ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ أَمَّا الْحَدِيثُ فِي النَّوْمِ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ فَقَدْ مَضَى وَأَمَّا حَدِيثُهُ فِي الْغَنَمِ
