Ibn Abi Arooba narrated it from Qatadah in a marfu' (raised) form.  

فِي بَوْلِ الرَّضِيعِ يُنْضَحُ بَوْلُ الْغُلَامِ وَيُغْسَلُ بَوْلُ الْجَارِيَةِ 4159 وَثنا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْخُرَاسَانِيُّ الْعَدْلُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ الْبَزَّارُ ثنا عَفَّانُ ثنا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ وَزَادَ قَالَ قَتَادَةُ هَذَا مَا لَمْ يَطْعَمَا فَإِذَا طَعِمَا غُسِلَا وَرَوَاهُ ابْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ مَوْقُوفًا
