البيهقي:٤٠٨١ – وَأنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْجِرَاحِيُّ بِمَرْوَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ شَاسَوَيْهِ ثنا عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ السُّكَّرِيُّ ثنا وَهْبُ بْنُ زَمْعَةَ أنبأ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ قَالَ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْمُبَارَكِ لَيْسَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ قُوَّةٌ لِمَنْ يَقُولُ إِذَا صَلَّى الْإِمَامُ بِغَيْرِ وُضُوءٍ أَنَّ أَصْحَابَهُ يُعِيدُونَ وَالْحَدِيثُ الْآخَرُ أَثْبَتَ

أَنْ لَا يُعِيدَ الْقَوْمُ هَذَا لِمَنْ أَرَادَ الْإِنْصَافَ بِالْحَدِيثِ
