[Machine] The Islam of Mu'awiyah ibn al-Hakam was at the end of the matter, and the Prophet ﷺ did not command him to repeat the prayer. So, whoever speaks during the prayer unintentionally or out of ignorance, his prayer is still valid. But whoever speaks deliberately, he should resume the prayer. Ash-Shafi'i, may Allah have mercy on him, pointed out that what we have mentioned about others in the book of the disagreement of hadiths and what we have narrated from others is a confirmation of his saying. Ash-Shafi'i, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "One person said, 'Did the one you narrated from, who was killed at Badr, wash his hands?' I said, 'No, Imran calls him Al-Khirbaq and says he had short hands or long hands.' And the one who was killed at Badr and had two left hands was Imran ibn 'Amr ibn Nadlah, an ally of Banu Zuhrah from Khuzayah. This is how 'Urwah ibn az-Zubayr mentioned him."
