[Machine] Aisha, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, was present when the sun eclipse occurred. The people stood up to pray when it happened, and when she saw them, she asked, "What is happening to the people?" She pointed with her hand towards the sky and said, "Glory be to Allah." I asked her, "Is this a sign?" She pointed with her hand, indicating affirmation, and mentioned the Hadith (narration).  

البيهقي:٣٤١٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ثنا مَالِكٌ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ الْمُنْذِرِ عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ؓ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ أَتَيْتُ

عَائِشَةَ ؓ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ حِينَ خَسَفَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَإِذَا النَّاسُ قِيَامٌ يُصَلُّونَ وَإِذَا هِيَ قَائِمَةٌ قَالَتْ فَقُلْتُ مَا لِلنَّاسِ؟ فَأَشَارَتْ بِيَدِهَا إِلَى السَّمَاءِ وَقَالَتْ سُبْحَانَ اللهِ فَقُلْتُ آيَةٌ؟ فَأَشَارَتْ أَنْ نَعَمْ وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
