[Machine] The sun set during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, so he mentioned the prayer of the Prophet ﷺ. He then breathed at the end of his prostration and said, "Uff, uff." Then he said, "My Lord, did you not promise me not to torment them while I am among them? Did you not promise me not to torment them while they seek forgiveness?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ finished his prayer, and the sun had already set. The sheikh explained that it seems that this breathing was comparable to a sigh. This was because he was shown the torment of those who deserved it, and thus he felt empathy in his prayer, as he was a mercy to his father and mother ﷺ, just as he was not like anyone else in witnessing what he saw of their torment.
