[Machine] One of us used to speak to his companion beside him during prayer, until the verse was revealed: "Stand before Allah, devoutly obedient." We were then commanded to remain silent and were forbidden from talking. This is reported in the narration of Hushaym and it was narrated by Ismail ibn Abi Khalid, who reported from Harith ibn Shubayl. Also, in the narration of Yahya al-Qattan, it was reported from Ismail that Harith ibn Shubayl said in its text: "We used to speak to one another during prayer, one of us would speak to his brother about his needs, until the verse was revealed: 'Guard your prayers and the middle prayer, and stand before Allah devoutly obedient.'" We were then commanded to remain silent.
