[Machine] That Aisha, the daughter of Abu Bakr, entered upon the Messenger of Allah ﷺ wearing thin, transparent clothing. He turned away from her and said, "What is this, O Aisha? When a woman reaches the age of menstruation, it is not appropriate that anything from her be seen except for this and this." And he pointed to his face and hands. This hadith is narrated by Al-Malini. Abu Dawud said, "This is a mursal hadith from Khalid ibn Durayk, who did not meet Aisha." The scholar said, "With this mursal hadith, along with the statements of the companions (may Allah be pleased with them) explaining what Allah has permitted of apparent adornment, the statement became strong. And with Allah is the success."
