[Machine] A narration from 'Ikrimah bin Ibrahim was mentioned by him with his chain of narration. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about the meaning of the verse: "{Those who are neglectful of their prayers}" [Al-Ma'un 5]. He ﷺ said, "Wasting time." As for this hadith, it can only be considered as a statement attributed to the Prophet ﷺ . 'Ikrimah bin Ibrahim weakened it, as reported by Yahya bin Ma'in and other scholars of hadith.  

ثنا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فَذَكَرَهُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ {الَّذِينَ هُمْ عَنْ صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ} [الماعون 5] قَالَ إِضَاعَةُ الْوَقْتِ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ إِنَّمَا يَصِحُّ مَوْقُوفًا وَعِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَدْ ضَعَّفَهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ وَغَيْرُهُ مِنْ أَئِمَّةِ الْحَدِيثِ
