bayhaqi:308Abū ʿAbdullāh Muḥammad b. ʿAbdullāh al-Ḥāfiẓ > Abū al-Ḥasan Aḥmad b. Muḥammad b. ʿAbdūs al-ʿAnzī > ʿUthmān b. Saʿīd al-Dārimī > al-Haytham b. Khārijah > ʿAbdullāh b. Wahb > ʿAmr b. al-Ḥārith > Ḥibbān b. Wāsiʿ al-Anṣārī from his father > ʿAbdullāh b. Zayd Yadhkur

[Machine] "He saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performing ablution, and he took water for his ears separately from the water he took for his head. This is a valid chain of narration, and it is also narrated from Abdul Aziz ibn Imran ibn Miqlass and Harmalah ibn Yahya, from Ibn Wahb, Hadith 309. Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj also narrated it in Sahih from Harun ibn Ma'roof and Harun ibn Saeed al-Aili and Abu Tahir, from Ibn Wahb with a valid chain of narration. He saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performing ablution and mentioned his ablution. He said, 'He wiped his head with water other than the leftover water in his hands, but he did not mention the ears.' Abu Ali al-Rudhbary informed us, Abu Bakr ibn Dasa narrated to me, Abu Dawood narrated to me, and Ahmad ibn Amr ibn al-Sarh, meaning Abu Tahir, narrated to me from Ibn Wahb, from Amr ibn al-Harith, and he mentioned it. This narration is more authentic than the one before it."
