[Machine] I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ raising his hands in every takbeer, as well as in every raf', wudu', qiyam, and sitting. He used to give salutations from his right side and his left side, until I could see the whiteness of his cheeks in both of them. I also saw Abu Bakr and Umar doing the same. And Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us, narrating from Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub, narrating from al-Hasan ibn Mukram, narrating from Abu al-Nadr, narrating from Abu Khaythamah, narrating from Abu Ishaq, narrating from Abu Bakr ibn al-Hasan al-Qadi who reported that Abu Ja'far ibn Duheim informed him, narrating from Ahmad ibn Hazim, narrating from Ishaq ibn Mansur al-Saluli, narrating from Israil and Zuhair, narrating from Abu Ishaq with similar words, and he added, "Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah," and "Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah," and "Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah." And I saw Abu Bakr and Umar doing the same. And likewise.  

أَنَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يُكَبِّرُ فِي كُلِّ رَفْعٍ وَوَضْعٍ وَقِيَامٍ وَقُعُودٍ وَيُسَلِّمُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ شِمَالِهِ حَتَّى أَرَى بَيَاضَ خَدَّيْهِ فِي كِلَيْهِمَا وَرَأَيْتُ أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ يَفْعَلَانِ ذَلِكَ 2976 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ ثنا أَبُو النَّضْرِ ثنا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ ثنا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي أنبأ أَبُو جَعْفَرِ بْنُ دُحَيْمٍ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ السَّلُولِيُّ ثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ وَزُهَيْرٌ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ بِمِثْلِهِ وَزَادَ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهُ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَرَأَيْتُ أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ يَفْعَلَانِهِ وَكَذَلِكَ
