[Machine] The prayer was established and the Prophet ﷺ isolated himself with a man on the side of the mosque, so the people did not get up for prayer until they fell asleep.  

البيهقي:٢٢٩٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ (ح) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ أَخْبَرَنِي الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا شَيْبَانُ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ صُهَيْبٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ ؓ قَالَ

أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالنَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُنَاجِي رَجُلًا فِي جَانِبِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَمَا قَامَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَتَّى نَامَ الْقَوْمُ  

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ وَرَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ عَنْ شَيْبَانَ بْنِ فَرُّوخَ

Once the Iqama was pronounced and the Prophet ﷺ was talking to a man (in a low voice) in a corner of the mosque and he did not lead the prayer till (some of) the people had slept (dozed in a sitting posture) .
