البيهقي:٢١٧١٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا حِبَّانُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ كَانَ يَكْرَهُ قُطَاعَةَ الْمُكَاتَبِ الَّذِي يَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ الذَّهَبُ وَالْوَرِقُ ثُمَّ يُقَاطِعُهُ عَلَى ثُلُثِهِ أَوْ رُبُعِهِ أَوْ مَا كَانَ وَيَقُولُ اجْعَلُوا ذَلِكَ فِي الْعَرْضِ عَلَى مَا شِئْتُمْ قَالَ الْقَاسِمُ وَكَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ بِذَلِكَ إِلَى أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ أَصْحَابُنَا لَمْ نُجَوِّزْ لِلسَّيِّدِ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ بَدَلَ الدَّرَاهِمِ أَقَلَّ مِنْهُ

لِأَنَّهُ رِبًا
