البيهقي:٢١٦٩٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا حِبَّانُ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ عَنْ مَطَرٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ فِي عَبْدٍ بَيْنَ شُرَكَاءَ لَيْسَ لِأَحَدٍ

أَنْ يُكَاتِبَ دُونَ أَصْحَابِهِ فَإِنْ فَعَلَ رُدَّ مَا قُبِضَ فَاقْتَسَمُوهُ وَالْعَبْدُ بَيْنَهُمْ
