البيهقي:٢١٦٢٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ الْفَرَّاءِ حَدَّثَنِي جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَبِي ثَرْوَانَ الْحَارِثِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ التَّيَّاحِ أَنَّهُ أَتَى عَلِيًّا ؓ فَقَالَ أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُكَاتِبَ فَقَالَ أَعِنْدَكَ شَيْءٌ؟ قَالَ لَا قَالَ فَجَمَعَهُمْ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ فَقَالَ أَعِينُوا أَخَاكُمْ فَجَمَعُوا لَهُ قَالَ فَبَقِيَ بَقِيَّةٌ عَنْ مُكَاتَبَتِهِ قَالَ فَأَتَى عَلِيًّا ؓ فَسَأَلَهُ عَنِ الْفَضْلَةِ فَقَالَ اجْعَلْهَا فِي الْمُكَاتَبِينَ هَذَا يَدُلُّ عَلَى

أَنَّ الْمُكَاتَبَ إِنَّمَا يُعْطَى مِنَ الصَّدَقَاتِ مِنْ سَهْمِ الرِّقَابِ مَا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ أَنْ يَعْتِقَ
