[Machine] "Our prayers with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , Abu Bakr, and Umar. When Umar was killed, Uthman continued it. And in the book Al-Illal of Abu Isa At-Tirmidhi, Muhammad ibn Isma'il Al-Bukhari narrated the hadith of Al-Awza'i from Nahi ibn Yarim about forbidding the offering of the Fajr prayer while it is still dark. It is a good hadith."  

البيهقي:٢١٤٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ مَزْيَدٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْأَوْزَاعِيَّ يَقُولُ ثنا نَهِيكُ بْنُ يَرِيمَ حَدَّثَنِي مُغِيثُ بْنُ سُمَيٍّ قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ صَلَاةَ الْفَجْرِ فَصَلَّى بِغَلَسٍ وَكَانَ يُسْفِرُ بِهَا فَلَمَّا سَلَّمَ قُلْتُ لِعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ مَا هَذِهِ الصَّلَاةُ؟ وَهُوَ إِلَى جَانِبِي قَالَ هَذِهِ

صَلَاتُنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ ؓ فَلَمَّا قُتِلَ عُمَرُ أَسْفَرَ بِهَا عُثْمَانُ وَفِي كِتَابِ الْعِلَلِ لِأَبِي عِيسَى التِّرْمِذِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْبُخَارِيُّ حَدِيثُ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ عَنْ نَهِيكِ بْنِ يَرِيمَ فِي التَّغْلِيسِ بِالْفَجْرِ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ
