[Machine] About the jurists who agree on the saying of the people of Madinah, they used to say that the right hand should not be combined with the witness in matters of divorce, emancipation, or separation. They did not permit the testimony of women except when there was no man who could witness except for women. They would say that whoever has a witness testify for him about the killing of his slave, he must swear an oath with his witness once and the value of his slave must be demanded.
