[Machine] Allah ﷺ decreed by swear with a witness, meaning in matters of wealth, and 'Ali also decreed by this in Kufa. He also said Abu bin Ka'b decreed by this in the time of 'Umar.  

البيهقي:٢٠٦٧٦ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ اللَّبَّانُ أَنَّ عَبَّادَ بْنَ يَعْقُوبَ حَدَّثَهُمْ قَالَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ

اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ يَعْنِي فِي الْأَمْوَالِ وَقَضَى بِذَلِكَ عَلِيٌّ ؓ بِالْكُوفَةِ قَالَ وَقَضَى بِذَلِكَ أُبِيُّ بْنُ كَعْبٍ عَلَى عَهْدِ عُمَرَ ؓ
