[Machine] "It is not permissible until it is read or recited to him, and he affirms what is in it." He said, and he narrated to us Ya'qub, who narrated to me Abdul Aziz ibn Imran, who narrated to me Muhammad ibn Yusuf, who said Sufyan was asked about a man who wrote his will and sealed it and said, 'Witness what is in it.' He said, Ibn Abi Layla considered it invalid. Sufyan said, 'And the judges do not authorize it for him.'"  

البيهقي:٢٠٤٢٠وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ ثنا سَعِيدٌ ثنا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَخْتِمُ عَلَى وَصِيَّتِهِ وَقَالَ اشْهَدُوا عَلَى مَا فِيهَا قَالَ

لَا يَجُوزُ حَتَّى يَقْرَأَهَا أَوْ تُقْرَأَ عَلَيْهِ فَيُقِرَّ بِمَا فِيهَا قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ قَالَ سُئِلَ سُفْيَانُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ كَتَبَ وَصِيَّتَهُ فَخَتَمَ عَلَيْهَا وَقَالَ اشْهَدُوا بِمَا فِيهَا قَالَ كَانَ ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى يُبْطِلُهَا قَالَ سُفْيَانُ وَالْقُضَاةُ لَا يُجِيزُونَهَا لَهُ
