البيهقي:٢٠٢٦٩أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْأَرْدَسْتَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ إِلَى عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ أَنْ لَا تَقْضِيَ بِالْجِوَارِ وَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ

أَنْ لَا تَقْضِيَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَإِنَّهُ يَأْتِيكَ الْيَهُودِيُّ وَالنَّصْرَانِيُّ وَالْحَائِضُ
