[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked when he was throwing the pebbles at the Jamarat (pillar): "O Messenger of Allah, which form of jihad is most beloved to Allah?" He replied, "Speaking the truth in the presence of an oppressive ruler." Al-Mu'alla said, "And Al-Hasan used to say to an unjust ruler."

البيهقي:٢٠١٨٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْفَحَّامُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ثنا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ بْنُ مُطَهَّرٍ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنِ الْمُعَلَّى بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَبِي غَالِبٍ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ؓ قَالَ

سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ حِينَ رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أِيُّ الْجِهَادِ أَحَبُّ إِلَى اللهِ؟ قَالَ كَلِمَةُ حَقٍّ تُقَالُ لِإِمَامٍ جَائِرٍ قَالَ الْمُعَلَّى وَكَانَ الْحَسَنُ يَقُولُ لِإِمَامٍ ظَالِمٍ
