البيهقي:١٩٩٢٦أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ أنبأ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ

كُلُّ اسْتِثْنَاءٍ مَوْصُولٌ فَلَا حَنَثَ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ وَإِنْ كَانَ غَيْرَ مَوْصُولٍ فَهُوَ حَانِثٌ
