كُلُّ اسْتِثْنَاءٍ مَوْصُولٌ فَلَا حَنَثَ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ وَإِنْ كَانَ غَيْرَ مَوْصُولٍ فَهُوَ حَانِثٌ
