البيهقي:١٩٨٦٤ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا الشَّيْخُ أَبُو الْفَتْحِ أنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ فِرَاسٍ ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ صُبَيْحٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَحْوَلِ عَنْ أَبِي مَعْبَدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى مِلْكِ يَمِينِهِ

أَنْ يَضْرِبَهُ فَكَفَّارَتُهُ تَرْكُهُ وَمَعَ الْكَفَّارَةِ حَسَنَةٌ

ذِكْرُ كِتْبَةِ اللَّهِ جَلَّ وَعَلَا الْحَسَنَةَ لِلتَّارِكِ يَمِينَهُ بِأَخْذِ مَا هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِنْهُ

ibnhibban:4344 – al-Ḥasan b. Sufyān > Bishr b. al-Ḥakam > Sufyān > Sulaymān al-Aḥwal > Abū Maʿbad > Ibn ʿAbbās

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever swears an oath to harm someone and wants to fulfill it, then his expiation is to leave it (not harm the person), and with the expiation there is goodness."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى مُلْكِ يَمِينِهِ أَنْ يَضْرِبَهُ فَكَفَّارَتُهُ تَرَكُهُ وَمَعَ الْكَفَّارَةِ حَسَنَةٌ»
