This site is intended for students of sacred knowledge that are proficient in comprehending classical Arabic and have a strong foundation in Islamic sciences. bayhaqi:19650Abū ʿAlī al-Rūdhbārī And ʾAbū al-Ḥusayn b. Bishrān > Ismāʿīl b. Muḥammad al-Ṣaffār > Saʿdān b. Naṣr > Abū Muʿāwiyah > al-Aʿmash > Zayd b. Wahb > ʿUmar

[Machine] Umar said, "If you are three, then appoint one of you in charge. And if you pass by a camel herder, call out 'O camel herder!' If he answers you, then ask him to give you water. And if he does not answer you, then force the camel to lie down, and drink its milk." This is reported by Umar with a good chain of narrators, and it is considered necessary according to us. And Allah knows best.
