[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The rights of the unborn child are the rights of his mother, and likewise."  

البيهقي:١٩٤٨٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا تَمْتَامٌ وَابْنُ أَبِي قُمَاشٍ وَابْنُ زَوْرَانَ قَالُوا ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ بِشْرِ بْنِ سَلْمٍ الْبَجَلِيُّ ثنا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ ؓ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ذَكَاةُ الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ الْقَدَّاحُ الْمَكِّيُّ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ وَمِنْ ذَلِكَ الْوَجْهِ أَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ فِي كِتَابِ السُّنَنِ وَكَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ حَمَّادُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ وَابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ
