[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ forbade eating lizards, and this is a unique view held by Isma'il ibn 'Ayyash, and it is not a valid evidence. And what has been mentioned about it being permissible is not more authentic than this, and Allah knows best.  

البيهقي:١٩٤٢٨أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ دَرَسْتَوَيْهِ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ ضَمْضَمِ بْنِ زُرْعَةَ عَنْ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي رَاشِدٍ الْحُبْرَانِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ شِبْلٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ أَكْلِ الضَّبِّ وَهَذَا يَنْفَرِدُ بِهِ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ وَلَيْسَ بِحُجَّةٍ وَمَا مَضَى فِي إِبَاحَتِهِ أَصَحُّ مِنْهُ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
