[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "There is no 'aqar (pasture) in Islam". Abu Zakariya said, "Al-'aqar refers to the Bedouin Arabs when they gather at the watering hole. One of them competes against the other, and one of them causes his camel to drink the water while the other prevents his camel from drinking so as to deprive him (of water). They do this in disobedience to Allah and His Messenger." Abu Sulaiman al-Khattabi mentioned to me that what he had heard from Mu'aqarah al-A'rab is that two men compete with each other and each one argues with his companion. One of them deprives the other of a number of his camels' drinking water, and his companion also deprives him (of water). Whichever of the two has the most power in depriving the other, he is the one who wins. He disliked (the taste of) their meat, lest it becomes something they give preference to over Allah.
