[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Every part of an animal that is gored by another (animal), unless it is a canine tooth or a broken hoof, is permissible." Abu al-Abbas said: "I do not have in my book any narration from Ali ibn Yazid." The sheikh (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "And in this chain of narrators, there is a weakness."  

البيهقي:١٩١٢٧أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ أنبأ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَحْرٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ مَوْلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ الْبَاهِلِيِّ ؓ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ كُلُّ مَا أَفْرَى الْأَوْدَاجَ مَا لَمْ يَكُنْ قَرْضَ نَابٍ أَوْ حَزَّ ظُفُرٍ قَالَ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ لَيْسَ فِي كِتَابِي عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ وَفِي هَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ ضَعْفٌ
