[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the practice of cutting the skin without fully severing the veins, and leaving it until the animal dies.  

البيهقي:١٩١٢٦ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى مَوْلَى ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ شَرِيطَةِ الشَّيْطَانِ وَهِيَ الَّتِي تُذْبَحُ فَيُقْطَعُ الْجِلْدُ وَلَا تُفْرَى الْأَوْدَاجُ ثُمَّ تُتْرَكُ حَتَّى تَمُوتَ

Ibn Isa added: (Ibn Abbas) and AbuHurayrah said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the devil's sacrifice. AbuIsa added in his version: This refers to the slaughtered animal whose skin cut off, and is then left to die without its jugular veins being severed.
