صَيْدُهُ مَا اصْطِيدَ وَطَعَامُهُ مَا لَفَظَ بِهِ الْبَحْرُ

البيهقي:١٨٩٨٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ أنبأ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ قَالَ قَدِمْتُ الْبَحْرَيْنَ فَسَأَلَنِي أَهْلُ الْبَحْرَيْنِ عَمَّا يَقْذِفُ الْبَحْرُ مِنَ السَّمَكِ فَأَمَرْتُهُمْ بِأَكْلِهِ فَلَمَّا قَدِمْتُ سَأَلْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ مَا أَمَرْتَهُمْ؟ قُلْتُ أَمَرْتُهُمْ بِأَكْلِهِ فَقَالَ لَوْ قُلْتَ غَيْرَ ذَلِكَ لَعَلَوْتُكَ بِالدِّرَّةِ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ {أُحِلَّ لَكُمْ صَيْدُ الْبَحْرِ وَطَعَامُهُ مَتَاعًا لَكُمْ} [المائدة 96] قَالَ
